Get rid of horizontal lines on the neck


    Generally, lines on the neck are considered a sign of ageing. However, some people are born with horizontal lines on the neck. Try these tips to minimise their appearance:
PINCHING: o Pinch the skin on your neck to eliminate neck lines. Not full fledged pinches though, more a massaging motion. Pull the skin downward while moving your neck against the force of your fingers. Do ten reps all around the neck.
CHEWING: Chewing gum is a good workout for your jaws (but it is a nasty habit one that is usually frowned upon). Sit upright and start tilting your head back. Close your eyes and move your mouth like you are chewing something. Repeat this motion about ten times and relax before doing ten more reps. You can keep doing this multiple times a day since it hardly takes about five minutes of your time. Don't overdo it though; or you might end up with a sore jaw.

KISSING: Tilt your head backwards. Close your lips and eyes. Take a deep breath and relax. Pout your lips and kiss the air. Kiss like you are trying to kiss the sky stretching your lips as upward as you can. Hold this for a minimum of ten seconds. If you are comfortable doing this, hold it for much longer. Bring your head to normal position, look straight ahead and relax, letting go of the stretch. Repeat this five times in a row. Do two sets with five repetitions when you wake up and before you go to sleep.
