Gul unamused by rumours, says she’s alive and kicking

    Gul Panag was the subject of unpleasant rumours, when reports of her in a jet-ski accident made it to a couple of websites. Her friends from Bollywood, like director Sanjay Gupta, were very worried by the “shit rumours doing the rounds”. She was quick to state that all was well and she was “alive and kicking”. When contacted, the feisty actress attributed it to panic being caused by the website reporting the rumour. “It’s like the stupid pranks they play in Hollywood, as in the case of Keanu Reeves, for example. When I stepped out of the gym, I was surprised to see so many missed calls on my mobile. Since I was unavailable, my friends and everyone were trying to contact my husband, who was travelling. While I don’t know why this happened, it was good to know that so many people were concerned about my well-being,” she said.
