Aamir-Kiran go scuba diving in Thailand

    Aamir Khan and his filmmaker wife Kiran Rao Khan flew to Koh Samui, Thailand, on December 23 on a 10-day break. The Bollywood superstar, his wife and their one-year-old son Azad will spend their Christmas and New Year vacation on the second largest island in Thailand.
    One hears that Kiran planned the holiday to the last detail and has even managed to book a special villa on the south side of the island. The villa, part of a cluster of private luxury homes, has a forest on one side and is ‘far from the madding crowd’.
    The couple has already gone scuba diving and swimming. Said Kiran, “Chaweng beach is the favoured location. But we chose the quieter side of the island, because we want a genuine break from the mayhem. The intention is to take part in some water sports and have a relaxed time as against being part of the noise and revelry.”
    The toddler, Azad, is becoming a frequent overseas traveller. He was stationed in Chicago with his parents for three months between August and October. And now, he’s enjoying his time in Thailand.
